Terms of Eco-Street

Thank you for joining Eco-Street.

By applying to join Eco-Street, you are acknowledging and accepting the following Terms of Service. Eco-Street reserves the right to modify or update these terms without prior notice. Failure to comply with any of these terms may result in the termination of your account.

Account Terms

As the account holder, it is your responsibility to maintain the security of your login credentials. Eco-Street is not liable for any damages or losses incurred due to your failure to fulfill this responsibility. You are also responsible for any content posted and any activity that occurs on your account, even if it was posted by someone else who has their own login.

You are not permitted to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or to violate any applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to copyright laws. When signing up, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your legal name, email address, and any other required information. Your account must be registered under your own identity, as automated account registration is not allowed.

Eco-Street may require up to 48 hours to process your application and reserves the right to deny access to the Service if it deems an applicant to be a spammer or someone who may misuse the Service. To hold an account with Eco-Street, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with Eco-Street and must warrant that all registration information submitted to Eco-Street is true, accurate, and complete, and you agree to keep it up to date at all times.

 

Payment

The Service is currently offered free. We reserve the right to change this price in the future. We will always give 30 days notice of any price changes.

Cancellation:

To cancel your account, please fill out our online contact form requesting deletion. Eco-Street reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and refuse any present or future use of the Service, at any time and for any reason, at its sole discretion. Service termination will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account and the forfeiture of all content within. Eco-Street may refuse service to any individual at any time and for any reason.

Modifications to the Service and Prices:

Eco-Street may modify or discontinue any part of the Service, with or without notice, at any time and at its sole discretion. Prices for all Services are subject to change with a notice of 30 days from us, which may be given by posting the changes on the Eco-Street website or through email. Eco-Street will not be liable to you or any third party for any suspension, modification, price change, or discontinuation of the Service.

The look and feel of the Service is the exclusive copyright of Eco-Street. All rights reserved. Without express written permission from Eco-Street, you are prohibited from duplicating, copying, or reusing any portion of the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or visual design elements.

 

General Conditions

  1. Your usage of the Service is solely at your own risk, as it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

  2. Technical support is only available through email.

  3. You acknowledge that Eco-Street uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary technology to operate the Service, including hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology.

  4. You are prohibited from modifying, adapting, or hacking the Service.

  5. You are not allowed to modify another website to falsely suggest that it is associated with the Service or Eco-Street.

  6. You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service, the use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission from Eco-Street.

  7. While not obligated to do so, we may remove content and accounts that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful or in violation of any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

  8. Any verbal, physical, written, or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Service customer, company employee, or officer will result in immediate account termination.

  9. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your content, may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks, and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

  10. We reserve the right to temporarily disable your account if your usage significantly exceeds the average usage of other Service customers. We will contact the account owner before taking any action except in rare cases where the level of use may negatively impact the performance of the Service for other customers.

  11. Eco-Street does not guarantee that (i) the Service will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations, or (v) any errors in the Service will be corrected.

  12. You understand and agree that Eco-Street will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Eco-Street has been advised of the possibility of such damages), arising from: (i) the use or the inability to use the Service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information, or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the Service; (v) or any other matter relating to the Service.

  13. The failure of Eco-Street to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Eco-Street and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Eco-Street (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of these Terms of Service).

Any new features that enhance or augment the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to these Terms of Service. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes will signify your acceptance of the changes.

They allow the entity that placed the cookie on your device to recognize you across different websites, services, devices, and/or browsing sessions.
